Fuerteventura Bus

There is a good bus serve on the island. The main routes are listed below:

Route 1 runs from Puerto del Rosario to Morro Jable (07:00-19:00) and Morro Jable to Puerto del Rosario (06:00-19:00).

Route 3 runs from Puerto del Rosario to Caleta De Fuste (07:00-21:00) and Caleta De Fuste to Puerto del Rosario (07:30-21:30) every half an hour.

Route 6 runs from Puerto del Rosario to Corralejo (07:00-21:00) and from Corralejo to Puerto del Rosario (07:00-20:00) every hour.

Route 7 runs from Puerto del Rosario to El Cotillo (10:00, 14:15 and 19:00) and El Cotillo to Puerto del Rosario (06:45, 12:00 and 17:00).

Route 8 runs from Corralejo to El Cotillo (09:00-20:00) and El Cotillo to Corralejo (08:00-19:00)

Route 10 runs from Puerto del Rosario to Morro Jable, via the airport (09:00, 13:45 and 18:00)

Private bus companies, Autobuses Torres and Maxorata Bus, also serve the airport.

Fuerteventura Ferry

Taking a ferry to the islands is a pleasant way to spend a day sight seeing and shopping. Here are some details on the transport available.

Ferries to Lanzarote:
Fred Olsen Lines runs from Corralejo between 09:00 and 19:00, and from Lanzarote between 08:00 and 18:00: duration 35 minutes. This company offers a free shuttle bus to Puerto del Carmen Lanzarote.

Naviera Armas ferries runs from Corralejo between 08:00 and 20:00 and from Lanzarote between 07:00 and 19.00: duration 35minutes.

Ferries to Gran Canaria and Tenerife:
Trasmediteranea runs a slow ferry and Jetfoil from Puerto del Rosario to Gran Canaria and Tenerife, offering a few services daily.

Ferries to los Lobos:
Many small ferries run to Los Lobos, leaving from Corralejo, such as El Majorero, Poseiden and the Celia Cruz Catamaran. The duration of the voyage is usually about 30 minutes.
